What you receive
The basic video is 8 minutes and 15 seconds long and covers preparing your space, understanding sets and rest periods, movement patterns, and organizing sessions. The demonstrations are animated illustrations, not footage of an instructor. Physical equipment and accessories are not included.
How it works
Fill in the LeyoFit questionnaire using the email address from your purchase and your order number. Your answers will guide the preparation of your personal materials.
Preparation and review
Your personal program is prepared with the support of artificial intelligence and reviewed by a person before it is delivered by email. Your order number and purchase email address are verified before preparation. The questionnaire is for adults only: do not enter health or payment information. Your personal program will be delivered by email within 3 business days of receipt of the completed questionnaire and order verification. Delivery includes a manual review; this is not an instant download.
To prepare your program
- In the questionnaire, indicate your goals, experience, and available time.
- Describe the space and equipment you can use.
- Use the email address from your purchase and your order number to link your answers to your request.

Availability and delivery
The personalized course is in preparation: sales will open after the preparation and delivery process has been tested. The estimated timeframe for the personal program is 3 business days from receipt of the completed questionnaire and order verification.
